Manifesto

I will stick it to the man, one brew of beer and one loaf of bread at a time.

I will make flavoursome food with as many whole and natural ingredients as possible and eschew processed ingredients for the most part.

I will find unusual and low cost ingredients that may not always seem palatable and will turn those into tasty and nutritious food.

I will not consume low-fat or lite anything.

I will write and speak in Australian English with English spelling and measure in metric and not be apologetic about it.

I will eat, drink and live well and share the knowledge, the food and the brew.
